“We live in a cozy little cottage type house built in the early 60s. By the time we had our third child I was ready to leave. I've always said we have enough square feet but the house just isn't the right layout...Well then we had baby number four and covid happened so how on earth could we find a house that we could afford…Lucky for me my girlfriend just got her house organized from Laura, and gave me the grand tour of her picture perfect home! So obviously I called Laura right away to save me from my hell hole my little minions and I have created! Laura has an amazing eye for design we gave her the idea’s we had for the kid’s rooms and she brought them to life. She helped me love my home again. My children are now able to clean the whole toy room in under 10 minutes because there is less toys and everything has a home! Before it would take a solid 45 minutes with my help and then we'd all be too overwhelmed to keep going so it was never clean or tidy! Now their rooms are NEVER DIRTY! Did I mention that their 7, 6, 4 and 2 AND THEY CLEAN THEIR ROOMS THEIRSELVES! That was just a fantasy for me prior to Laura coming it was just a cluster cluster of a mess! That was my life until now! We still have a way to go with laundry and me staying out of the stores (super guilty of retail therapy) but every time I’ve gone shopping in the past two weeks has been amazing because my whole house is organized now so I know what we have and where it is so I'm actually saving money now when we shop also when I'm shopping if something won't have a home I just don't get it! My new favourite thing to do is “decant” all my kitchen items after grocery shopping it's so pretty and makes it so the kids can get their own snacks! I love love love Laura and can't wait for her to do my laundry room when we’re done renovating it. I honestly am not kidding when I say I will be calling her every season to help keep this place in order!
